Where rivers are born

Ethiopia supplies more than 80% of the Nile's water. Protecting highland watersheds is not only national policy — it is a gift to a continent. COP32 places water diplomacy at the centre of adaptation.

Mountains that touch the sky

UNESCO World Heritage peaks harbour endemic wildlife and alpine grasslands that store carbon and regulate rainfall across the Horn. Highland communities are guardians of these living archives.

Green Legacy

A forest nation rising

Billions of seedlings planted nationwide — one of the world's largest afforestation movements. Ethiopia brings proof that restoration at scale is possible, and invites the world to match that ambition.
